To cancel a class that you have already registered for please click here and fill out the attached form then fax the form to FCAR @ 301-663-4646 per the required guidelines as stated below. 

STUDENT COURSE CANCELLATION:

3 Hours or Less - All FCAR real estate continuing education courses of Three (3) hours in length or less shall have a $10.00 cancellation fee deducted from the refund.  The cancellation shall be received by FCAR, in writing, NO LATER THAN  Two (2) business days prior to the start of the subject class/course otherwise NO refund will be granted.

INCLEMENT WEATHER CONDITIONS:

The FCAR Office follows the policy of the Frederick County Government for inclement weather.  If County offices are closed, the Association office will be closed.  If the County offices are delayed opening, the Association office hours will be delayed accordingly and any meetings, classes or events planned during the delayed hours will be canceled.  Please call 301-663-0757 to confirm.  A message will be available by 7:30 a.m.
