To cancel a class that you have already registered for please click here and fill out the attached form then fax the form to FCAR @ 301-663-4646 per the required guidelines as stated below. 

STUDENT COURSE CANCELLATION:

3 Hours or Less - All FCAR real estate continuing education courses of Three (3) hours in length or less shall have a $10.00 cancellation fee deducted from the refund.  The cancellation shall be received by FCAR, in writing, NO LATER THAN  Two (2) business days prior to the start of the subject class/course otherwise NO refund will be granted.

4 hours or more – All FCAR real estate classes/courses of Four (4) or more hours in length shall have a $50.00 cancellation fee deducted from the refund.  All cancellations shall be received by FCAR, in writing, NO LATER THAN Thirty-Five (35) business days prior to the start of the subject class/course to receive a refund minus deduction, otherwise NO REFUNDS shall be granted for class/cancellations. 

INCLEMENT WEATHER CONDITIONS:

Classes held at FCC-Frederick Community College will follow the FCC inclement weather policy.  The college will announce inclement closings, delays, and cancellations by 5:30 am.  If FCC is delayed in opening, there will not be any morning classes. Announcements are broadcast on the college’s switchboard @ 301-846-2400 and the following web sites – www.frederick.edu and www.schoolsout.com and also played on several local radio and TV stations (Radio stations” FM 99.9, 103.1, 106.9 and AM 930. TV Channels: 4, 5, 7, 8, 9, 11, 12 and 13)).  Radio and TV announcements may differ from station to station, so please check more than one source.  Please note that as weather conditions change, the college may announce closings during the day or evening, as well.  Always check at least 2 different broadcast sources before heading out to the campus.
