INTERESTING FACTS FOR BECOMING A FCAR REALTORŪ MEMBER

Before becoming a REALTORŪ or an FCAR Member, a person must attend approximately 60 hours or 4-5 weeks of Real Estate school.  There are many schools to choose from in the Frederick area.  The approximate cost of RE school is $199, which includes the class and books.  Once you have passed the class then it is time to pass the Maryland PSI Real Estate Test.  Once you have passed the test, it is time to decide which Brokerage Office (unless you have already signed up).  Now it is time to order your license from DLLR, which is $110.  The Broker you decide to sign with will require you to purchase E and O Insurance (Errors and Omissions Insurance).
