Weather Conditions, Closings, etc.

Never a subject anyone likes to discuss, but there is an update! With a new phone system at the Association Office we have the ability for messaging! If you have business at FCAR in the morning and we are expecting inclement weather there will be a message on the FCAR answering system by 7:45 a.m. letting you know of any closing or late startups. For CEC Education Classes on bad weather days, contact Frederick Community college. Call 301-846-2400 for a quick response if the college is to be open. Late openings of the college will cancel any morning classes and we will refund the registration fee. Remember the college does not follow the same closing guidelines for Frederick County Schools.
