A night of mystery and generosity to benefit Interfaith Housing Alliance and Living Water Shower Ministry
The association's cornerstone philanthropic event is taking place Thursday, November 12, at Union Mills Public House on Carroll Creek in Downtown Frederick. Money raised by this year's donations will benefit TWO causes—Interfaith Housing Alliance and Living Water Shower Ministry.
In addition to sponsorships and item donations, this event is made possible by the volunteers from FCAR's Community Service Committee. Final donations to the charitable cause are facilitated by the FCARe Fund, FCAR's donor-advised fund, and will help provide student services and scholarships. New this year: 10% of the event proceeds will go to support the new FCARe First-Time Homebuyer Grant.

(listed our event flyer) Your generosity helps us put on a better event, and a better event means more money raised! Past causes include Terra Nova Retreat Center for veterans, Habitat for Humanity of Frederick County, I Believe In Me, Inc., and Sleep in Heavenly Peace. Last year’s auction raised $29,000 for Phoenix Recovery Academy.

Two Ways to Donate
Donating items for the live and silent auctions places you in the company of other Frederick businesses who annually contribute high quality items.
1: Online Donation Form
One of the best ways to entice bigger bids is through “experience” items* like vacation stays, sports tickets, spa packages, backstage tours, etc. The more unique, out-of-the-box, and tempting the item is, the more money we can raise for our two causes.
2: Easy Amazon List
If you don't have an experience item to donate, we encourage you to browse our easy Amazon wish list. You can purchase an item on there to be bid on in the auction.
*New items only. We discourage additional fees. Discount coupons will not be accepted. Unless otherwise specified, please do not impose any additional charges or fees on the auction winner at a later time.

Attire: Attendees are encouraged to come dressed to fit the masquerade theme. Cocktail attire encouraged.
