Setting Up Your Account: 

1. Check your inbox for an e-mail with the subject line of "Welcome to your NEW FCAR Member Portal." 
    

2. Click the "Set Up My Account" button to set a new password. This step is only required the first time, but it is necessary.
    

3. After that, you can log in as normal with your new credentials. You can use the shortcut at the top of our website or book the following url: go.fcar.org/login

Troubleshooting:

• Trying to log in or reset your password without first going through the invitation e-mail process will not work.
   

• If you can't find your e-mail or your "Set Up My Account" button doesn't work, please let us know! Requests for new invitations can be sent to communications@fcar.org.

2026 Dues Reminder: Dues were posted in early December and the first two late fees* for REALTORS® went into effect on Jan. 16 and Feb. 5.

 

The third and final late fee of $150 will be applied to unpaid accounts on Tuesday, Feb. 17. If you would like to pay by check to avoid the $10 electronic processing fee, you can visit us in person our office.​ (info below)

 

*While Strategic Partner members are not subject to late fees, please note that any accounts with unpaid dues as of March 15 will be inactivated.
