About the Event
What Is the AHWD Certification, and Who Is It For?
The course work for the At Home with Diversity® certification is designed to enable you to work successfully with and within a rapidly changing multicultural market. It will help you to learn diversity sensitivity, how it applies to U.S. fair housing laws in your business, and ways to develop professional guidelines for working with people in the increasingly multicultural real estate market. As a bonus, the AHWD certification course counts as an elective for the Housing Opportunity Certification (Administered by Maryland REALTORS), Accredited Buyer's Representative (ABR) Designation and Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS) Designation and towards the C2EX Endorsement. This course will give you (6) (C) CE Credits – 2.0 will go towards Fair Housing, the additional 4 will go towards your Elective credits.
