About the Event
This is a 1.5 hour elective (F) course on Bankruptcy will go over the nature of bankruptcy proceeding, the automatic stay, abandonment, listing sales from bankruptcy estates, lending options after bankruptcy and discharge in bankruptcy.
This course will be IN PERSON only in the FCAR Classroom on Thursday December 11th, 1:30 - 3:00 PM.
