Bias Override: Overcoming Barriers to Fair Housing (VIRTUAL)

Join us for Fair Housing: Bias Override: Overcoming Barriers to Fair Housing. This course will give you (3) CE Credits (2.0 Credits will go towards Fair Housing, the additional 1.0 Credit will go towards an Elective credit.) NAR's new implicit bias training helps real estate professionals learn tactics to interrupt stereotypical thinking so they can avoid fair housing pitfalls and provide equal professional service to every customer or client. Participants will learn about the mind science of identity, study how implicit bias can result in fair housing violations, and engage in interactive exercises to improve their ability to work with clients of diverse backgrounds.
