Frederick County Association of REALTORS® (FCAR) is excited to host a Financial Stability Workshop series in collaboration with Housing Frederick. Led by Housing Frederick CEO Mary-Ellen Mitchell, these courses offer practical instruction to help Frederick County residents build financial literacy in areas like budgeting, credit, managing income for monthly bills, avoiding excess debt, and more. Dinner provided.
WORKSHOP INFO: BUDGET BASICS
This course introduces the concept of forming a budget or a spending plan. Attendees will receive instruction on how to analyze their income and simply track their weekly and monthly bills. We will focus on the emotional aspect of spending and value systems related to money.
