About the Event
Frederick County Association of REALTORS® (FCAR) is excited to host a Financial Stability Workshop series in collaboration with Housing Frederick. Led by Housing Frederick CEO Mary-Ellen Mitchell, these courses offer practical instruction to help Frederick County residents build financial literacy in areas like budgeting, credit, managing income for monthly bills, avoiding excess debt, and more.

COVID has taught us that nontraditional employment is here to stay. In this course, we will review each client’s marketable skill sets. We will determine how to turn hobbies and talents into a self-employment situation that provides income and flexible hours. Clients will learn how to get referrals through the REALTOR® network.
