The association's cornerstone philanthropic event is taking place at a new location! Save the date for Thursday, November 20, at Union Mills Public House on Carroll Creek in Downtown Frederick. Money raised by this year's donations will benefit the Phoenix Recovery Academy—Maryland's ONLY recovery high school. Learn more. In addition to sponsorships and item donations, this event is made possible by the volunteers from FCAR's Community Service Committee. Final donations to the charitable cause are facilitated by the FCARe Fund, the association's donor-advised fund.
