Frederick County Association of REALTORS® (FCAR) is excited to host a Financial Stability Workshop series in collaboration with Housing Frederick. Facilitated by local subject matter experts, these courses offer practical instruction to help Frederick County residents build financial literacy in areas like budgeting, credit, managing income for monthly bills, avoiding excess debt, and more.
