About the Event
Please join us in person at Dutch's Daughter for our September FCAR Membership Luncheon on Thursday September 3, 2026. This meeting will include a Frederick County Candidate Panel, to include County Executive Candidates (Jessica Fitzwater & Jeff Holtzinger) and County Council Candidates (Renee Knapp, Jamie Shopland, Mason Carter, Dan Iampieri, Diane Fouche). The meeting will also include a legal update from Lawyers Signature Settlements, a lender update from Jeff Stempler, First Heritage Mortgage and a door prize giveaway from Natalie Winter, Primary Residential Mortgage, Inc.
