Membership Appreciation Week: Food Truck Lunch

Join us for a free Traditional Authentic Mexican Food Truck lunch in the new FCAR Parking Lot. This is a members-only event.

Menu: 

• Street Tacos: Chicken, Brisket, Chorizo, Pastor, Carnitas, and Veggie. Topped with onions, cilantro, a side of lime & salsa. 
• Burrito Loco: A large flour tortilla filled with your choice of meat, rice, black beans, melted cheese, lettuce, fresh pico, and sour cream.
• Nachos: Freshly fried chips, topped with your choice of meat, cheese, black beans, nacho cheese, fresh pico, cheddar cheese, and sour cream.
• Fried Quesadilla: A lightly fried handmade masa-based quesadilla, filled with your choice of meat and cheese. Then opened up and topped with sour cream, onions, cilantro, and cotija cheese.
• Loaded Fries: A large order of fries topped with your choice of meat, 3 types of cheese, and sour cream. Guacamole available.
• Sope: A fresh, handmade thicker version of a tortilla, lightly fried and topped with your choice of meat, refried beans, lettuce, onions, sour cream, and cotija cheese.
• Mini Quesadilla: A flour tortilla filled with your choice of cheese and/or meat. Side of sour cream.
• Mexican Street Corn: Just like on the cobb, but without the mess.
• Mozzarella sticks: Served with marinara sauce.
