ABOUT THE SPEAKERS
Amy Klein is Agency Underwriting Counsel in the District of Columbia and Maryland for Fidelity National Financial’s Family of Companies (FNF). She also is chair of the Maryland Land Title Association’s Title Counsel and a board member of the District of Columbia Land Title Association. As underwriting counsel, she works with title companies to identify solutions to various title problems. Prior to joining Fidelity, Amy served as underwriting counsel in the District of Columbia and Maryland for Stewart Title Guaranty Company. She also has served as an associate at a large firm in Montgomery County, MD and as a settlement attorney in DC. Amy received her JD from Catholic University’s Columbus School of Law. Amy also earned a Masters of Public Health from Boston University. Outside of work, Amy can be found most weekends watching her daughter’s softball games or shuttling around her other daughter.
Terrence Gabriel is the Maryland/DC Agency Representative for FNF. He partners with several local title companies supporting their operations and marketing efforts. In Terrence’s past life, he owned and operated a title company located in Northern Virginia. Prior to joining FNF, Terrence was a software consultant for the title industry. He has served on technology and pre-licensing committees with the Maryland Land Title Association. When Terrence isn’t assisting FNF’s title company partners, he enjoys spending time with his family of 3 kids taking them on trip and watching their sporting events.
