Sentrilock Lockbox and Key Services - SentriLock boxes are an essential tool for REALTORS®. At FCAR, we understand this and carry the current standard in lockboxes (and the corresponding batteries). Our knowledgeable staff can help you purchase a new box or troubleshoot a problem and make changes if you switch offices. Please note that all SentriLock products now function via BlueTooth through the SentriKey app. SentriCards have been discontinued.
 

Legislative Advocacy and RPAC - FCAR advocates for our members on real estate-related legislation at all levels of government. We ensure that your voice is heard and that your clients are protected when legislative proposals arise. We supplement these direct advocacy efforts with the REALTORS® Political Action Committee (RPAC), which support industry-friendly candidates and issues campaigns to protect the American Dream of homeownership for all. Informed Professionals - These informal non-CE classes are offered at no charge to all members on a variety of topics. All FCAR members are encouraged to attend (and non-members are welcome, too).
 

Continuing Education classes - FCAR offers the continuing education classes agents need for Maryland real estate license renewal. The classes are taught by industry professionals and are offered for a low cost to members. Click HERE to view the current class schedule.

Membership Meeting - The Events Committee schedules periodic membership meetings with informative guest speakers. These meetings are also opportunities for REALTORS® and Strategic Partners members to network and learn more about FCAR committees, programs, and services. Each monthly meeting also contains a legal and lender update.

FCAR Trade Show - Each year, FCAR throws a party to celebrate its members. The FCAR Trade Show gives REALTOR® members the opportunity to get to know our Strategic Partner members and the services they offer. Lunch is also provided during this informal networking opportunity.
 

FCAR Newsletter - Each week, the FCAR Newsletter is emailed to our members. It is filled with important information, events, reminders, and even a current class list with easy links to register. Members also have the opportunity to advertise in the newsletter.
